So, Pioneer Woman (who if you don’t read, you should)*, made sushi the other day.  As I read the post, I remember thinking how great it was, but didn’t really have any ideas of when to try it myself.  Then, two days ago, with the heat scorching in around 100F, I thought that this don’t-need-an-oven meal might just be perfect.  We ended up using cooked crab, and tempura shrimp (just a little flour, egg, and Panko breadcrumbs).  A little soy sauce and mayo/chili paste thing and we’re set to go.  They weren’t perfect, but they sure were good.
